Skin Tightening

Our Venus Legacy machine works using radio-frequency and multi-polar magnetic pulses to heat up tissue to emulsify fat, stimulate collagen, and increase circulation. This results in lifted, tighter skin and improved elasticity helping tired, sagging skin. Great for sagging skin in the neck, face, underarms, and more.

The Venus Legacy machine’s radio-frequency and multi-polar magnetic pulses heat tissue up to a targeted heat and depth. This works to emulsify fat (destroy fat cells), stimulate collagen, and increase circulation. Your lymphatic system then filters out the fat cells that have been destroyed. This results in lifted, tighter skin as well as decreased fat and body circumference. It is great for that extra weight in the belly, under arms, thighs, buttocks, back, love handles and more.

How the treatment works:

Non-invasive body contouring treatment using Venus™ technology for firming and reducing cellulite on the buttocks.

To achieve Venus Legacy™ radio frequency skin tightening, our treatments use Multi-Polar Radio Frequency and Pulsed Electro Magnetic Fields to produce heat under the skin’s surface. This process helps to naturally increase collagen and elastin fibers, while also shrinking the volume of fat cells. At the same time, an adjustable pulsed suction (called VariPulse™) on the skin-tightening machine gently works to pull the skin upward, allowing the energy to travel deeper and providing more comfortable and effective treatment. The Venus Legacy™ results include a body that looks slimmer and more sculpted, and cellulite that almost disappears.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The best candidate is someone who has pockets of cellulite and/or excess body fat that they can’t get rid of with diet and exercise alone, and who doesn’t want surgery. An ideal candidate is also someone who is starting to lose elasticity in their skin and is showing early signs of sagging and wrinkles.

    For safety reasons, you may not be able to get this treatment if you have/are:

    • Active inflammation and/or infection in the treatment area

    • Current or history of cancer

    • A degenerative neurologic disease or any other disease around the treatment area that’s stimulated by heat (e.g. herpes)

    • An Internal defibrillator/pacemaker

    • Metal implants (excluding dental) in the treatment area

    • Uncontrolled thyroid gland disorder

    • Varicose veins

    • Pregnant or are undergoing an IVF procedure

    • Skin-related autoimmune diseases

    • Silicone implants and/or injections in the area

  • Venus Legacy™ treatments are non-invasive and painless. Many patients compare the treatment to a hot-stone massage! Treatment time can range from approximately 15 minutes to 40 minutes, depending on the size of the area. Just in time for a lunch break!

  • Most patients may receive six to eight treatments per area; however, the number of sessions depends on each individual and the area that is being treated. The doctor or practitioner will discuss your treatment options during your consultation and give guidance as to approximate treatments appropriate for you to reach your personal aesthetic goals.

  • The treatments are cumulative. After your final treatment, your results will continue to improve for up to 3-4 months. After that, your face and body continue to age, so maintenance is recommended once a month or every 3-4 months, depending on the person.
